General terms of sale

       

1. Approbation of general terms of sale

   
The customer acknowledges having read these terms of sale before confirming the order and accept them without restriction

Inuneko reserves the right to modify at any time these terms of sale. The changes take effect immediately when published.  
   

2. Retention of title

   
All items remain the property of Inuneko until full payment.
inuneko remains the owner of his own creations or designs shown on the shop. All rights reserved under penalty of prosecution.  
   

3. Warranty

   
The warranty period for care products created by Inuneko is the expiration date after opening and is written on each items.  

For other articles and care products not created by Inuneko, only the warranty of their suppliers is decisive.  
   

4. Price

   
Inuneko reserves the right to change the price at any time, but is committed to apply the prices displayed at the time of order.
All prices are in CHF and include VAT at the rate of force.
Shipping fees vary depending on the chosen shipping method, weight and country of destination.  
   

5. Payments methods

   
Payments can be made by PostFinance, visa, mastercard, paypal, invoice or cash(also Twint) if the items are picked up on site or tested at your home.
All online payments are entirely secure.  
   

6. Delivery

   
We ship our packages in all countries

All orders placed with us, will be sent to you in the shortest time.
For all orders placed in Switzerland it takes a period of about 1 to 3 days, 3 to 10 days for Europe and up to 15 days or more depending on the country of destination outside the EU.

 Possibility to pick-up articles, contact us before visiting.
   

7. Claims

   
All claims should be sent by email to Inuneko within 2 days after receiving the items. After this period, no claim will be taken into account.  
   

8. Return

   
Inuneko authorize the return of item if choosing a wrong size, within 7 working days after receiving the order. Items must be returned clean and in perfect condition.
The shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
   

9. Payments reminder

   
For payment on invoice, the customer commit himself to pay the invoice in 30 days following the reception of the articles.
 
The first reminder is sent after these 30 days and must be paid within 10 days.
The second reminder is sent after these 10 days and must be paid within 10 days. Fees of 5 CHF is added to the reminder.
The third reminder is sent after these 10 days and fees of 10 CHF is added to it.The amount must be paid within 5 days otherwise the depts will be turned over to a collection agency.

10. Data protection

   
All customer informations are strictly confidential and will not be passed to any third party except at a collection agency.

12. Jurisdiction

   
Inuneko is based exclusively on Swiss law. The court of Sion is the only proficient in case of dispute.
